L. 110–315, title IX, § 946(c), Aug. 14, 2008, 122 Stat. 3468, which directed the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a detailed survey and study of the academic facilities needs of Diné College and to report to Congress the results of such survey and study, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
