L. 90–504, § 1, Sept. 21, 1968, 82 Stat. 855, which related to preparation of roll of persons living on Sept. 21, 1968, whose names or ancestors’ names appear on records admissible as evidence as identifying them as Creek Indians, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
