L. 90–506, § 1, Sept. 21, 1968, 82 Stat. 85, which related to preparation of roll of Creek Indians who were living on Sept. 21, 1968, and whose names or ancestors’ names appear on certain previously prepared rolls, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
