§ 21307. Allocation of increased formula grant funds

(1) 25 percent 11 So in original. Probably should be followed by “of”. the amount of the increase is provided under the program described in section 21301(1)(A) of this title; and

(2) 75 percent ^1 the amount of the increase is provided under the program described in section 21301(1)(B) of this title.
