Legalize§ 220101. Organization
(a) Federal Charter.— United Service Organizations, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
(b) Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
