L. 109–155, title VI, § 617, Dec. 30, 2005, 119 Stat. 2934, which required review of legal status of Motivating Undergraduates in Science and Technology (MUST) program, was transferred and is set out as a note preceding section 40901 of Title 51, National and Commercial Space Programs.
