30 JUIN 2017. - Loi portant assentiment à la Convention de Minamata sur le mercure, faite à Kumamoto (Japon) le 10 octobre 2013

Article 1er. La présente loi règle une matière visée à l'article 74 de la Constitution.
Article 2. La Convention de Minamata sur le mercure, faite à Kumamoto (Japon) le 10 octobre 2013, sortira son plein et entier effet.
Article 3. Sous réserve de l'alinéa 3, les amendements aux annexes de la Convention et les annexes supplémentaires ajoutées à la Convention, adoptés en application de l'article 27 de la Convention de Minamata sur le mercure, faite à Kumamoto (Japon) le 10 octobre 2013, sortiront leur plein et entier effet.

Le Roi notifie à la Chambre des représentants dans un délai de trois mois toute proposition d'annexe ou d'amendement d'une annexe visée à l'alinéa 1er, qui a été communiquée aux Parties par le Dépositaire.

Dans un délai de six mois suivant la communication du Roi visée à l'alinéa 2 la Chambre des représentants peut s'opposer à ce qu'une annexe supplémentaire ou un amendement d'une annexe visés à l'alinéa 1er, sorte son plein et entier effet.
