| B | Aquatic animals and products of animal origin from aquatic animals other than live aquatic animals, to which Part II.2.4 of model official certificate MOL-HC applies, must originate from a third country or territory, or zone or compartment thereof listed in this Annex, Part 1, column 2. In all cases, this shall apply without prejudice to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/405 This official certificate may only be used for the entry into the Union of consignments of live aquatic animals intended for human consumption that comply with the health standards for live bivalve molluscs laid down in Annex III, Section VII, Chapter V, to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council (2), and the food safety criteria laid down in Annex I, Chapter 1, points 1.17 and 1.25, to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 (3) |
