From the Union for immediate slaughter in the Union	Authorisation only applicable to consignments of the species of animals referred to in column 4 of the table set out in Part 1 originating in one Member State and destined for another Member State after transiting through the third country, territory or zone referred to in column 2 of that table. Those consignments may re-enter the Union for slaughter in under the following conditions: — the animals are conveyed immediately to the slaughterhouse of destination where they will be slaughtered within five days from the date of arrival to the Union.
From the Union for fattening in the Union	Authorisation only applicable to consignments of the species of animals referred to in the table set out in Part 1 originating in one Member State and destined for another Member State after transiting through the third country, territory or zone referred to in column 2 of that table. Those consignments may only re-enter the Union for fattening in an establishment in the Union under the following conditions: — the establishment of destination is designated in advanced by the competent authority; — the animals of the consignment will not be moved from the establishment of destination unless for immediate slaughter; — all movements of live animals into and out of the establishment of destination are carried out under the control of the competent authority as long as the animals of the consignment are kept in the establishment.
From Kaliningrad to mainland Russia via Lithuania	Authorisation only applicable to consignments of the species of animals referred to in column 3 of the table set out in in Part 1 for further keeping coming from the Russian region of Kaliningrad and intended for a destination outside the Union. Those consignments may transit via Lithuania under the following conditions: — the animals are transported in containers on road vehicles sealed with a serially numbered seal by the competent authority of Lithuania
From Russia to Russia	Authorisation only applicable to consignments of the species of animals referred to in column 3 of the table set out in Part 1 coming from Russia and destined to Russia. Those consignments may transit via Latvia, Lithuania or Poland under the following conditions: — the consignment is sealed with a serially numbered seal by the competent authority of Latvia, Lithuania or Poland.

From a Member State to other Member States through the United Kingdom or its Crown Dependencies	Consignments of animals and germinal products falling within the scope of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/692 originating in a Member State and entering the Union after transiting through the United Kingdom or its Crown Dependencies shall be permitted to enter the Union provided that they are accompanied by a certificate in accordance with the model certificates laid down in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2236 (¹) and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/403 for movements of animals and germinal products within the Union.

Consignments that originate in the Union and are moved to a third country or territory, and moved back to the Union after unloading, storage and reloading	Consignments of the commodities referred to in Part 1, column 4, originating in the Union that are moved to the zone referred to in Part 1, column 2, and are then moved back to the Union after unloading, storage and reloading in that third country or territory shall be permitted to enter the Union provided that they are accompanied by the model certificate ‘STORAGE-TC-PAO’ laid down in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2235 in addition to the documents accompanying the consignment for its export to the third country or territory.

Aqua - Russia to Russia	Authorisation only applicable to consignments of the commodities referred to in column 3 of the table set out in Part 1 coming from Russia and destined to Russia. Those consignments may transit via Latvia, Lithuania or Poland under the following conditions: — water exchange does not take place within the Union
From Russia through EU to other third countries	Authorisation only applicable to consignments of meat products from the species referred to in column 3 of the table set out in Part 1; the meat products must have undergone risk-mitigating treatment ‘C’ in accordance with Annex XXVIII to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/692
From New Zealand through Singapore to the Union	Authorisation only applicable to consignments of the commodities referred to in column 4 of the table set out in Part 1 originating in New Zealand and transiting through Singapore with unloading, possible storage and reloading before entry into the Union
