1 Continuance of Act of 1945.

1.—(1) The Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (No. 14 of 1945), shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1955, and shall then expire.

(2) Subsection (2) of section 14 of the Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945, is hereby repealed.

2 Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (Continuance) Act, 1950.
