1 Repeal of Part III of Cement (Amendment) Act, 1938.

1.—Part III of the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1938, is hereby repealed.

2 Short title, collective citation and commencement.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Cement (Amendment) Act, 1962.

(2) The Cement Acts, 1933 and 1938, and this Act may be cited together as the Cement Acts, 1933 to 1962.

(3) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Industry and Commerce appoints by order.
