Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act , 1970

1 Repeal of section 10 of Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956.

1.—Section 10 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956, is hereby repealed.

2 Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1970.

(2) The Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956, and this Act may be cited together as the Gaming and Lotteries Acts, 1956 and 1970.
