1 De doeleinden van de polisadministratie zijn op basis van artikel 33, tweede lid, van de Wet SUWI:
- a. vastleggen van gegevens van de werknemer voor de werknemersverzekeringen;
- b. besluiten over recht op uitkering of verstrekking baseren op gegevens als bedoeld onder a;
- c. verwerking van gegevens van de persoon die vrijwillig is verzekerd voor de werknemersverzekeringen;
- d. verwerken van fiscale gegevens van de werknemer die van belang zijn voor de uitvoering van de taken van de Belastingdienst en
- e. verwerken van overige gegevens van de werknemer ten behoeve van de statistieken van arbeid en lonen voor het CBS.

Artikel 5.4a. Gegevensverstrekking aan de Nederlandse Arbeidsinspectie ten behoeve van stelseltoezicht
De gegevens, bedoeld in artikel 42, derde lid, van de Wet SUWI, die het UWV, de SVB en de colleges van burgemeester en wethouders op verzoek, kosteloos, aan de Nederlandse Arbeidsinspectie verstrekken, zijn:
- a. algemene gegevens over de uitkeringsgerechtigde: namen, adresgegevens, e-mailadres, burgerservicenummer;
- b. persoonskenmerken van de uitkeringsgerechtigde: geslacht, geboortedatum, opleiding, leefvorm;
- c. gegevens over uitkeringen: soort uitkering, ingangsdatum uitkering, datum einde uitkering, hoogte van de uitkering;
- d. nadere gegevens over uitkeringen, inkomsten en schulden: uitkeringspercentage, uitkeringscategorie, diagnosecode, registratie Landelijk Doelgroep Register, grondslag Landelijk Doelgroep Register, inkomsten naast uitkering;
- e. gegevens over dienstverlening: re-integratieondersteuning, arbeidsverplichtingen en arbeidsvrijstellingen, sanctionering, uitkomst werkverkenner, werkgeversvoorzieningen ten behoeve van de Doelgroep Banenafspraak, schuldhulpdienstverlening.
