Interest on Crown Agents' commencing capital debt: extension of " initial period ".

In section 17 of the Crown Agents Act 1979 (interest on Crown Agents commencing capital debt payable during initial period only if Secretary of State so determines)—

• (a) in subsection (9), for the words from " five " to " seven " there shall be substituted the word " twelve " ; and

• (b) subsection (10) shall cease to have effect.
