1991 c.56. Section 106 was amended by sections 36(2) and 99 of the Water Act 2003 (c.37), and by section 32 of, and paragraph 16(2) of Schedule 3 to, the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (date in force to be appointed, see section 49(3)(h)(i)). The functions of the Lands Tribunal under the 1961 Act are transferred to the Upper Tribunal under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c.15).
